Churches who are serious about being on mission with Jesus embrace change as a necessary ingredient in being faithful to and fruitful for God. Change cannot really be stopped but it can be managed constructively and forwardly.
Likewise, change generally creates conflict that needs to be resolved so that churches can minister in the unity of the Spirit and the Bond of Peace.
My organization BRIDGEBUILDERS MINISTRIES has a new training experience available to churches called MANAGING CHANGE AND RESOLVING CONFLICT. It explores seeing change as a God inspired opportunity and doing more than managing conflict–facing it, resolving it and growing through into a stronger community.
